1) How is my order shipped and how much is shipping??
We ship all orders in plain boxes.
Most US orders are shipped by USPS which takes about 4-6 days once shipped. All orders over $20 are FREE, Under $20 shipping is $4.00, this is due to our new MUCH lower prices on some videos and the rising cost of shipping.
All Canadian orders are shipped by Standard Air Mail, all orders over $20 are FREE, under $20 shipping is $4.00.
All overseas orders are shipped by Standard Mail and an ADDITIONAL $7.00 will be added for shipping. Please allow 15-20 business days for overseas shipping
We do offer Express Mail for an additional $15.00.
For a shipping upgrade, please mark it in the comments field on the order form. You will not see it included in your total price on the reciept you receive by e-mail. This will be added in at the time your order is processed. Express Mail can only be processed on regular work days M-F.
1a) So when can I expect my order to be shipped ??
VHS video, DVD, and panty orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Checks received through the mail will have a 10 business day waiting period on them. This is to insure that the check is valid.
2) Do you sell mailing lists ??
Positively NO !! I believe in everyone's right to privacy, and we respect that with our customers. You will never recieve anything from us except your order confirmation or if something is wrong with your order.
3) What if my tape is defective ??
You may notify us, and we will replace the defective tape. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on videos, but we will replace defective/damaged merchandise.
4) Can I place an order with my credit card ??
Yes. You may use our secured online shopping cart.
5) Can I send you guys Cash for my order ??
Yes, but we don't recommend it. Sending cash through the mail can be very risky, and unlike checks/money orders it can't be traced if it is lost. We do process cash orders when we get them, and if that is how you prefer to order then please wrap the cash in heavy paper and conceal it well.
6) Is it safe to use my credit card online ??
Secured servers are a very safe means of doing internet transactions. Many large banks transact on a regular basis with secured servers/encrypted form coding. NEVER give out any personal information if you are not on a secured server.
7) I live in Maine. Why can't I order a video ??
It is quite simple actually. Most of our actors and models prefer not to have videos of themselves distributed in their home state. As we said before, We respect EVERYONE'S right to privacy.
8) What is your policy on returns ??
Videos cannot be returned for the simple reason that they can be copied prior to being returned. Our policy is that only defective or damaged tapes will be replaced with a video OF THE SAME TITLE.
9) Can I order Panties with my credit card ??
Yes.
10) I have been burned by ordering off the net before. Is there any way to avoid that from happening again?
Yes, there is. It is quite simply a matter of common sense. There are many places out here that just want to take the money and run. It gets confusing as to who is on the up and up. Here are a couple of tips.
Be leary ordering from a merchant that does not take credit cards.
Merchant accounts are not given by banks very easily, and a bank will only allow a reputable business to have a merchant account. If the merchant will only accept cash, and not even checks or money orders..... Leave the cash in your pocket.
